Qualifications

• Proven experience in scheduling technicians.
• Construction or Lift industry experience is essential.
• Forklift licence is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about elevator projects and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and technician schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with Site Coordinators to manage installation projects.
• Raise and follow up on purchase orders and supplier payments.
• Respond to customer enquiries with timely project updates.
• Manage freight bookings and transport to site.
• Complete timesheets for job costings.
• Maintain databases with relevant project information.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
