Direct Lifts is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep projects on track by coordinating technician schedules, timelines and resource allocation. You will manage installation projects, liaise with site teams, raise purchase orders and handle customer inquiries to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn about elevator technology and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in scheduling technicians.
• Construction or Lift industry experience is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to elevator projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and technician schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Communicate with Site Coordinators and teams to efficiently coordinate and manage installation projects.
• Raise and issue purchase orders and follow up on supplier payment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on service requests.
• Manage freight bookings and coordinating transport to site.
• Complete timesheets for job costings.
• Maintain and update databases with relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn about elevator technology, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
