Children's Ground is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead central Australia operational activities, including WHS, fleet coordination and facilities management. The role supports staff and programs, ensuring compliance with policies while driving efficient processes on country.

The role requires strong organisation, problem solving, and ability to work outdoors in Central Australia conditions. Regular engagement with First Nations communities and attendance at camps and events are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations in an NGO or community service setting.
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and respond to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and vehicle scheduling for staff.
• Coordinate WHS audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee site management, repairs, and maintenance scheduling.
• Support emergency management planning and drills.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in bush camps, events, and funder visits.
• Maintain asset inventory for buildings and grounds.
• Support data entry into organisational systems.
