Children's Ground is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee operational activities across Central Australia, including WHS, emergency management, fleet coordination, and facilities maintenance.

The role requires strong organisational skills, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement, with responsibilities spanning safety audits, asset management, and event logistics, often in challenging outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in WHS audits and risk assessments.
• Experience in fleet coordination or Facilities management is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operational activities across sites.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management and vehicle scheduling for staff.
• WHS audits and risk assessments to ensure safety.
• Emergency management planning and drills coordination.
• Site maintenance planning and coordination of grounds, repairs, and landscaping.
• Asset inventory and lifecycle management for buildings and assets.
• Coordinate external contractors and internal teams for camp/events.
• Liaise with local communities and First Nations groups where applicable.
