Job summary

JB Hi-Fi is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive efficient back-of-house operations, deliver excellent customer service, and maximise profitability across our stores. You will prioritise tasks, manage stock flow, inbound/outbound goods, returns, transfers, and invoicing, while ensuring compliance and safety.

Hybrid working options apply where eligible. You will coordinate the operations team, monitor processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across a dynamic retail environment

Qualifications

• An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere.
• You thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc)
• Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail
• Understanding of inventory management and processes
• Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
• Solid customer service skills that will create raving reviews

Responsibilities

• Stocking flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc
• Providing excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
• Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting
