AFL Recruitment Pty Ltd. in Melbourne seeks a capable 2IC to the Head of Operations for a high-visibility role in a respected financial services firm.

You will oversee operations spanning loans and investments, with emphasis on process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder service. Ideal candidates hold a finance/accounting/commerce degree (RG146 or willing to study) and bring 2+ years of operations experience in financial services.

Competenze

• Degree in finance/accounting/commerce or similar (RG146 accredited or willing to study).
• 2+ years' specialist OPERATIONS experience in financial services including exposure to loans/investments.
• Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making and planning/time prioritisation skills.
• Proven ability to devise/implement processes and project manage to completion.
• First-class communication and relationship-building skills.

WHO YOU ARE

• Are degree qualified in finance/accounting/commerce or similar (or finishing) + RG146 accredited (or willing to study);
• have 2+ years’ specialist OPERATIONS experience in the financial services industry including exposure to loans and/or investments;
