Job summary

Sustain Recruit is partnering with a leading wealth and investment organisation in Melbourne to recruit a Senior Operations Analyst for their Account Services team.

You will own complex operational processes, support key stakeholders and drive improvements across client onboarding, account administration and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience within financial services operations, wealth management or investment administration.
• Exposure to AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong focus on process improvements and delivering accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirements.
• Manage account establishment, maintenance, amendments and closures.
• Support administration of deceased estates and sensitive client matters.
• Perform daily operational controls, reconciliations and reporting.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, custodians and external providers.
• Ensure regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and procedures are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide guidance to junior team members when required.
