Job summary

Griffith University on the Gold Coast is seeking an Operations and Compliance Officer to support the Technologies, Operations and Logistics (TPH) stream. The role contributes to smooth operations, records management, and ongoing compliance across teaching and research facilities.

You will coordinate workflows, assist with audits and financial tasks, and work with the Technical Manager to ensure safe, efficient facility operations in a multi-site university environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administration, coordination and operational support in specialised facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and compliance support across Health Group specialised facilities.
• Coordinate workflows including induction records, access, and service documentation.
• Assist audits, reporting, risk assessment, and SOP reviews.
• Process financial transactions using university finance systems.
