Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Business or related field.
• Experience in operations, customer support, administration or similar areas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B operations, including international retail ordering and communications with international warehouses and retailers.
• Contribute to operational support tasks, including fulfilment, administration, and supply chain coordination.
• Assist the product team with product sampling, packaging approval, as well as ordering PR and product sample materials.
• Help maintain accurate records of business activities and provide administrative support across the wider business
• Invoice approval and processing
• Support process improvement initiatives by providing input and assisting with implementation
• Communicate with stakeholders and external parties
• Create social media content in front of camera
