Job summary

Acclime is hiring an Operations Associate in North Sydney. You will report to the Operations Manager and help develop service solutions for evolving client needs, while supporting client transitions and coordinating with service providers to ensure service excellence.

Ideal candidates have a tertiary qualification (or equivalent) with fund administration experience and strong communication skills. A collaborative, organized mindset and flexibility to work in a global, growing team are valued.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Fund administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of how Managed Investment Schemes operate (preferred).
• Customer success focused with strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a motivated and collaborative approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the Operations team, understanding our clients evolving needs and developing a comprehensive service solution.
• Support the implementation of client transitions, requiring project management and coordination with service providers to deliver service excellence.
• Work with Managed Investment Schemes and Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships (unlisted wholesale funds).
