Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Assist with process optimisation, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate between internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling and initial customer enquiries if required.
• Support project coordination for new business initiatives and brand launches.
