Job summary

GrainCorp in Sydney is seeking an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations across collections and logistics, with exposure to import/export processes and global supply chains. You will gain hands-on experience, work with SAP, and help with scheduling, documentation and data entry while building a foundation for a long-term career in international shipping and logistics.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience and strong attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and supportive of operational teams.
• Genuine interest in logistics, import/export or international supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across collections, logistics and customer service.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation and administrative tasks related to transport and shipping.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping in SAP.
• Provide support to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
• Build knowledge of international shipping and supply chain systems.
