Job summary

Eco-Conscious Solutions Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a logistics support candidate to assist with quotations, purchase orders, and supplier liaison for cruise line operations.

The role includes overseeing cruise ship loadings, working with partners locally and overseas, and potential travel to overseas offices during peak season. You must have the right to work in Australia and a valid passport, with proficiency in Windows, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

• Send out, receive, compare and finalize quotations and purchase orders from supply partners.
• Liaise with supply partners through both telephone and email.

Key responsibilities

Send out, receive, compare and finalize quotations and purchase orders from supply partners

Liaise with supply partners through both telephone and email

Attend and oversee cruise ship loadings- both local and international

About you

Right to work in Australia

Valid Passport, no restrictions for travel

Computer experience in Windows, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint

Fast learner, able to think on their feet

Problem solver and good analytical skills

Able to work longer hours and some weekends during the peak season (Nov-April)

After the initial training period and 6 month probation, have the ability to attend other overseas offices/locations for up to 3 months
