Job summary

Central Coast Council is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide business improvement, data analysis and reporting services to support service delivery. You will work within the Water and Sewer directorate, collaborating across teams to develop and deliver performance improvement initiatives, enhance processes and system functionality.

The role offers hybrid and flexible working, including 2 days from home and 3 days onsite, and access to a 9 day fortnight to balance workloads.

Qualifications

• Diploma level qualification in Business Analytics, Business/ Commerce or Project Management or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience combined with ongoing professional development.
• Experience in applying project management principles and project development.
