Provide vital administrative support in a busy prison.Keep records, meetings and reports organised and on time.Work closely with managers and operational teams.Build valuable skills in a role that supports safe prison operations.Ongoing, full-time role earning $81,496 - $98,955 per year, plus super.What you will doAs Operational Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to operational managers. You will help keep daily operations organised, accurate and compliant.You will:coordinate accurate incident documents and packs within required timeframesschedule meetings and interviews, keeping clear attendance and database recordsupdate current operating procedures and duty statements to meet operational needsprepare accurate monthly reports by gathering information and maintaining recordscoordinate timely meeting packs, minutes, reports and follow-up actionsAbout youNo formal qualification is required for this role.
