Job summary

State of Victoria is seeking an Operational Support Officer in Geelong to provide administrative support to operational managers and help keep daily operations organised, accurate and compliant. You will coordinate incident documents and packs, schedule meetings and interviews, update procedures and duty statements, prepare monthly reports, and maintain records with timely follow-up actions.

No formal qualification is required; strong Excel skills and privacy and records management knowledge are
