Job summary
Nacap Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Support Lead to join our Brisbane team, delivering workforce onboarding, mobilisation readiness, and compliance across large PNG projects. You’ll lead a high-volume workforce administration function, embedding governance and continuous improvement in a dynamic construction environment.
You will manage onboarding/documentation for payroll and audit needs, coordinate with Work Permit, Immigration and Travel teams, and produce regular workforce
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, HR, or related discipline; or significant industry experience.
- 8–10 years' experience in workforce coordination, operational support, HR administration, mobilisation, or similar leadership roles.
- Experience in projects with multiple stakeholders and complex workforce compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Operational Support function across PNG projects with professional, responsive workforce services.
- Provide escalation support and guidance to Operational Support personnel and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with employment, immigration, and workforce-related legislation and policies.
