Macquarie Group's Operational Risk Product & Delivery team within Risk Management delivers meaningful business change across risk frameworks. You will work with business, risk management and technology teams to translate complex requirements into practical solutions and drive delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project delivery, business analysis, or PMO experience in financial services or regulatory environments.
• Experience supporting operational risk transformation programmes.
• Strong project planning, risk and dependency management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
