Job summary

CSL Seqirus seeks an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive performance improvement at our Tullamarine site and support Woodend. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement, lead transformations, and translate data into actionable outcomes.

With Lean Six Sigma and change leadership, you will strengthen governance, roadmaps and standard work, while ensuring sustainable adoption across Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Data Science, or Business.
• Minimum five years of Operational Excellence or continuous improvement experience.
• Proven ability to lead transformational change and OE programs.
• Strong Lean shop-floor management experience and continuous improvement methods.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; experience in pharma manufacturing, GxP, digital transformation valued.
• Willingness to travel to Woodend/other sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of CSL Operating System across operations and support functions.
• Develop and progress OE roadmaps aligned with site priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and embed Process Centric Teams, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Tiered Accountability.
• Strengthen Leader Standard Work through Gemba walks and coaching.
• Conduct maturity assessments and translate findings into action plans.
• Lead or coach complex CI projects using Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving.
• Identify process variation and waste; drive simplification.
• Apply change-management approaches to sustain adoption.
• Establish governance and track progress, risks, dependencies, and benefits.
