Job summary

Zinfra PTY Ltd. is seeking an Operational Improvement Manager to lead improvement initiatives within the Zinfra Power Services South team,Supporting United Energy.

The role involves partnering with field teams to enhance safety, compliance and efficiency, and driving practical improvements across the business. You will oversee one direct report, influence stakeholders at all levels, and shape how work is performed on a major electricity distribution contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in electricity networks or related operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and field-based practices.
• Experience driving continuous improvement or change initiatives.
• Able to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Review incidents and risks to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Partner with field teams to embed best practices.
• Advise on work practices, compliance and operational performance.
• Lead improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency and compliance.
• Build relationships with United Energy and internal stakeholders.
