Job summary

UGL is seeking a Systems & Improvement Lead to drive operational performance across our Utilities O&M business in Australia. You will lead improvements to processes, systems and ways of working, partnering with operational leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on mapping requirements, delivering practical improvements and supporting adoption across contracts and field operations. A hybrid setup is available across North Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational process and system improvements within maintenance or asset management environments.
• Ability to map processes, define specifications and drive adoption of changes.
• Strong stakeholder influence and multi-priority project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate requirements into operational and system improvements.
• Lead improvement initiatives from planning through to implementation and handover.
• Document and optimise business processes, workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to deliver change and continuous improvement.
• Support contract mobilisations and operational readiness activities.
