Job summary

The role offers flexible location options in North Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne and focuses on improving processes, systems and ways of working within a maintenance and asset management context.

• Experience leading and project managing operational process and system improvement initiatives within maintenance or asset management environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into practical operational, process and systems improvements.
• Lead improvement initiatives from planning and design through to implementation, adoption and operational handover.
• Document and improve business processes, workflows and operational procedures.
• Partner with operational teams and key stakeholders to deliver successful change and continuous improvement outcomes.
• Support contract mobilisations and operational readiness activities, ensuring people, processes, tools and systems are fit for purpose.
