Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) APAC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures, and to drive AI transformation programs for major Australian clients. The role demands deep experience with Copilot readiness, enterprise integration, and executive stakeholder engagement, across a matrixed, global organization.

You will partner with clients to design and implement end-to-end cloud and AI solutions, guiding strategy, roadmaps, and operating models

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, with enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture.
• Experience guiding customers through Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, pilot, deployment, adoption and value-realisation initiatives.
• Strong consulting capability in AI strategy, maturity assessment, use-case discovery, roadmap definition, operating-model design and responsible AI adoption.
• Demonstrated success planning and facilitating client workshops with executives, business leaders, security teams, data owners, architects, administrators and end users.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, SharePoint Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Power Platform.

• 10+ years of IT experience, including significant experience architecting enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions and leading cloud and AI transformation programs.
• Proven experience guiding customers through Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, pilot, deployment, adoption and value-realisation initiatives.
• Strong consulting capability in AI strategy, maturity assessment, use-case discovery, roadmap definition, operating-model design and responsible AI adoption.
• Demonstrated success planning and facilitating client workshops with executives, business leaders, security teams, data owners, architects, administrators and end users.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, including Teams, SharePoint Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Copilot Studio, connectors, plugins, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph and enterprise integration patterns for extending Copilot experiences.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, agentic solutions, model selection, evaluation, observability, responsible AI and GenAIOps.
• Strong presales capability, including discovery, solution shaping, estimation, proposal development, partner engagement, demonstrations, proof-of-concept delivery and executive storytelling.
• Proven leadership in matrixed and globally distributed organisations, with strong collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or current Copilot and agent administration credentials.
• High professional integrity, customer focus, commercial awareness and the ability to operate effectively in demanding client environments.
