Job summary

NSW Health's Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse with operating theatre experience to join Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular and Renal Transplant teams. You will perform instrumentation and circulating nurse roles, contributing to patient-centred care and evidence-informed nursing.

You must hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, understand evidence-informed practice, have Australian work rights, and be available for a 7-day

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or have Australian Work Rights.
• Must be able to fulfill a 7-day rotating roster with remote call.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation and circulating nurse roles for Cardiothoracic, Vascular and Renal Transplant specialties.
• Provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
