• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in a Speciality Surgery Services Unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries.
• Current computer skills and ability to use health information systems.
• Advocate for and implement person-centred practice.
• Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
