Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced API Red Hat Developer in Sydney to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade API solutions. You will leverage Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat 3scale API Management, and modern integration technologies to deliver scalable, secure cloud-native applications.

The role requires hands-on API development with Java/Spring Boot, OpenShift expertise, and strong understanding of REST, microservices, and API governance. AU Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in API development using Java/Spring Boot or similar technologies.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform.
• Experience with Red Hat 3scale API Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement API lifecycle management using Red Hat 3scale API Management.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications on Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Define and implement API security controls including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and API gateways.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems using API-led architecture principles.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using DevOps practices.
