Accenture is seeking an experienced API Red Hat Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade API solutions using the Red Hat ecosystem in Sydney. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, cloud-native applications leveraging Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat 3scale API Management, microservices architectures and modern integration technologies.

Key responsibilities include API design, security controls, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with internal/external systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in API development using Java/Spring Boot or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architectures and API governance.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Red Hat 3scale API Management.
  • AU Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Implement API lifecycle management using Red Hat 3scale API Management.
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications on Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
  • Define and implement API security controls including OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and API gateways.
  • Integrate applications with internal and external systems using API-led architecture principles.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using DevOps practices.

We are seeking an experienced API Red Hat Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade API solutions using the Red Hat ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications leveraging Red Hat OpenShift , Red Hat 3scale API Management , microservices architectures, and modern integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
