Amici Bistro Cronulla is seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo to join the opening team. Created by Dedes Group, the venue brings artisan pizza, Mediterranean flavours and modern bistro dining to a waterfront destination.

You will prepare and cook high-quality pizzas, manage dough fermentation and stretching, operate wood-fired ovens and work closely with the kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role offers competitive rates based on experience, staff dining benefits and

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef.
• Strong knowledge of dough production, fermentation and pizza preparation.
• Experience with wood-fired or stone-deck ovens preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Passion for quality ingredients, great food and hospitality.
• Positive attitude, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities
