Job summary

Uniting Vic.Tas is seeking a Creative Op Shop Coordinator to manage volunteers and daily operations at the Albert Park shop. This 53.2-hour fortnight, parental leave replacement role requires weekend work and a friendly, lively team environment.

You'll help with visual merchandising, stock and space management, and delivering positive customer experiences while supporting sales targets and Uniting's culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and charity retail with a flair for visual merchandising.
• Experience with cash handling, register operations and closing procedures; capable of supervising a team and working independently.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays; may be asked to work at other Op Shop locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of the Op Shop in Albert Park.
• Create visually appealing, contemporary Op Shops with productive, imaginative culture.
• Support stock and space management, achieve sales targets and deliver positive customer experiences.
