Job summary

TASK is recruiting a Service Manager for Charlestown Public School to lead before and after school care and vacation programs. The role is full-time, with hours across mornings, afternoons and holidays, requiring a proactive, child‑focused leader who can mentor Educators.

You will ensure safe, engaging environments, support families and collaborate with the Area Manager to drive quality programming and seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience and OOSH experience preferred.
• Evidence of reliable, organised leadership and rostering abilities.
• Strong commitment to child safety and inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators at your school.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and programming for before/after school and vacation care.
• Build strong relationships with families, school and community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Manage rostering, records and reporting; support administrative duties.
