Job summary

TASK is recruiting a Service Manager for Ourimbah Public School to lead before and after school care and vacation care. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with dedicated administration time, and a chance to build the service from the ground up in a child‑centred environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in childcare, OSHC preferred.
• Certificate III+ in Children’s Services or related field preferred.
• WWCC required.
• Foundations of Child Safety Training (GECCKO) completion.
• First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• Current child protection training.
• Commitment to child safety and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Educators at your service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and programming for before/after and vacation care.
• Build relationships with families, the school and the wider community.
• Ensure compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
• Manage rostering, records and reporting.
• Work closely with your Area Manager on the service's direction.
• Create a fun, inclusive, enriching and safe environment for children.
