Job summary

Pacific Hills Christian School in Dural, NSW, seeks an OOSH Coordinator and Educational Leader to direct the day-to-day OOSH service, mentor staff, and craft a high-quality educational program for school-aged children. This full-time permanent role reports to the OOSH Director and focuses on safe, engaging care and development.

Requirements include a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care, knowledge of NQF and My Time, Our Place v2.0, and leadership/administration

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed OOSH Coordinator and Educational Leader to lead our Out of School Hours (OOSH) service. Reporting to the OOSH Director, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leadership of the OOSH team, and the development and oversight of a high-quality educational program that supports the growth and wellbeing of school-aged children.

This is a permanent full time role, commencing at earliest availability.

As the OOSH Coordinator and Educational Leader, you will:

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and active involvement in a local Christian church.
• Support for the ethos and values of Christian education.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place v2.0.
• Leadership and administration experience (desirable).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Approved Child Protection and National Child Safety Training.
• A willingness to become a Responsible Person for the service.
