Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking an Estimator to prepare and deliver accurate estimates, quotations, and tender documentation for a diverse range of building and construction projects in Queensland.

In this role, you will coordinate with office staff, field staff, and subcontractors, produce cost estimates for construction and upgrade works, and support planning and delivery through detailed schedules and programs.

Qualifications

• A construction industry trade qualification (highly desirable).
• A current White Card / WHS General Construction Induction Card.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience producing high quality estimates and quotation documentation for building projects.
• Experience interpreting plans, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality tender submissions, quotations, project trade packages, material schedules, and construction programs.
• Producing accurate and timely cost estimates for building, maintenance, and upgrade projects.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of projects through the coordination and supervision of office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.

Your new role
