Job summary

Belmo Group is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Property Manager / Concierge to join our onsite residential team in Newstead. You will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and Building Manager to support a growing portfolio and deliver high-level service to owners, tenants and residents.

Based onsite within a premium waterfront development, this role focuses on relationship-building with residents and hands-on property support.

Qualifications

• Experience in assistant property management, real estate administration, concierge, hospitality or customer service.
• Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Understanding of Queensland residential tenancy legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with owners, tenants, residents and contractors.
• Professional, friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Experience using PropertyMe or similar software.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to owner and tenant enquiries.
• Provide concierge services to residents and guests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
• Assist with arrears follow-up, lease renewals and tenancy agreements.
• Support inspections and tenancy documentation.
• Assist with onboarding of new residents and applications.
• Maintain accurate PropertyMe records and admin tasks.
