Job summary

MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Onslow Coastal maintenance function. This permanent, site-based role operates on an 8/6 roster, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring reactive and planned maintenance are tracked end-to-end.

You will raise and assign work orders, brief trades, manage contractor access and inductions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance or facilities operations, preferably in a village, construction, or remote site environment.
• Confidence managing multiple trades and contractors simultaneously, with strong scheduling and follow-through skills.
• Solid understanding of work order systems and preventative maintenance planning.
• Clear, direct communication style — equally effective with tradies on the tools and management stakeholders.
• Comfortable working an 8/6 residential roster based on site at Onslow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with facilities or asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating preventative maintenance schedules across a multi-trade workforce including electricians, refrigeration technicians, plumbers, and carpenters.
• Raising, assigning, and tracking reactive repair work orders through to completion, ensuring tradespeople and contractors are briefed, on-site, and signed off correctly.
• Managing contractor access, compliance documentation, and site inductions in line with MinRes safety and site requirements.
• Overseeing marine and residential maintenance activities, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, delays, and priorities.
