Job summary

ITbility is seeking a ServiceNow Onsite Developer for a 6+ month contract in Sydney/Brisbane. You will gather business requirements, configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, and build workflows, catalogs, integrations and reports.

Required: 5+ years of ServiceNow development, ITSM and Service Catalog expertise, strong communication, and Agile delivery experience. Onsite role with full work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and Service Catalog modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing platform enhancements.
• Work closely with offshore development and support teams.
• Participate in workshops, status meetings, and project discussions.
