Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Quality to provide strategic leadership across quality disciplines and governance. You will drive QA strategies, coordinate audits and inspections, and ensure systems deliver safe, compliant, and high‑performing outcomes across multiple projects.

Based in Australia, the role requires Baseline Defence Security Clearance and the ability to lead in a complex, regulated environment while developing teams and improving enterprise quality

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Quality Management (typically 12+ years).
• Leadership experience managing managers or senior technical professionals.
• Experience applying quality frameworks to regulatory, contractual, compliance and product performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional leadership across quality disciplines, teams, and operations.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, standards and governance frameworks.
• Ensure quality practices align with objectives, contractual requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Provide technical authority across QA, audits, inspections, testing and improvement methodologies.
• Oversee assurance activities to meet quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and risks, driving improvements.
• Lead corrective and preventative action processes to strengthen performance.
• Drive consistency of quality practices across functions and product lines.
