Job summary

Pinnacle Project Solutions (PPS) is seeking a Site Manager/Coordinator to join the Brisbane team. You will act as the client’s representative on site, managing subcontractors from mobilisation to handover on live projects valued from $50k to $5M.

Responsibilities include HSE oversight, quality control, schedule tracking and cost coordination, with strong communication across site, operations and the project team. A White Card and driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent or Project Engineer.
• Background in manufacturing, process plant, mining, chemicals or similar.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors across civil, SMP and E&I works.
• A good working knowledge of Queensland WHS legislation and permit to work systems.
• Ability to hold subcontractors to account while keeping good working relationships.
• Understanding of contracts, variations and cost control.
• Trade or technical background, or construction/engineering qualification is highly regarded.
• Current White Card and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Be the client's representative on site, managing subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover.
• Managing HSE of the works: reviewing SWMS, JHA's, Permit applications etc, ensuring compliance and attending pre-start and SIMOP meetings.
• Keeping quality on track: reviewing ITPs, inspections, hold points and ensuring complete handover documentation.
• Keeping an eye on the schedule: tracking progress, coordinating access and shutdowns, and flagging delays early.
• Working with the Project Manager on costs: checking progress claims, variations, and providing forecasting information.
• Being the main link between site, operations and the project team with clear site records and reports.
