Kinetic IT is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its national Enterprise Project Management team in Canberra or Sydney, supporting federal government project outcomes with a focus on planning, reporting, documentation and delivery coordination.

You will work under a Project or Workstream Lead to coordinate day-to-day project processes, support reporting, prepare project documentation and provide practical administrative support to the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Citizenship with AGSVA NV1 or NV2 clearance.
• Experience in project coordination or PMO support in ICT/government environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to keep actions and deliverables moving.
• Ability to prepare reports and artefacts with guidance from a Project Manager or Workstream Lead.
• Clear communication with project teams, stakeholders and delivery leads onsite.

Responsabilités

• Support project planning by performing delegated activities contributing to workstream plans, schedules and milestones.
• Draft elements of project reports, presentations and complex project documents, summarising data as required.
• Provide general administrative support across documentation QA, process adherence, resourcing, equipment, time recording and deliverables tracking.
