Konica Minolta, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Valet to maintain and support customers' print equipment across the Adelaide CBD and metro areas. The role involves onsite visits, basic troubleshooting and hands-on service at customer sites.

You'll join a growing team that values customer focus, proactive communication and reliable, flexible service. Training is provided, and you must hold a valid driver's licence and be comfortable with frequent travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support print equipment across Adelaide CBD and metro areas.
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and preventative servicing.
• Escalate complex issues to Konica Minolta Helpdesk.
• Manage paper and consumables stock levels.
• Ensure equipment is clean, maintained and operates to service standards.
• Provide customers with training and support on equipment operation.
