• Technical field service experience with production printers or high-volume print systems is required.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and software troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of network connectivity and print servers.
• Ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments.
• Excellent organisation and time management with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Install and support Colour and B&W print production equipment and related software.
• Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for customer equipment.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians and report to the State Service Delivery Manager.
• Utilise provided tools and vehicle to stay connected with the team and customers.
• Undertake background checks as part of Konica Minolta compliance procedures.
