Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Resident Engineer to work onsite with our partner/customer offices in Melbourne. You will design, test and support complex network architectures, with a focus on Juniper equipment and integration across LAN/WAN environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing implementation and technical support in large organisations with multiple networking products.
• Hands-on operation of management tools and network analyzers.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills for working with multiple customer management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice advice and design documentation for new networks.
• Deliver knowledge transfers about Juniper equipment and configurations.
• Assist in testing, lab validation, and development of implementation plans.
• Carry out lab testing of new features and verify live network operation.
• Deliver weekly progress reports and contribute to technical reviews.
