Job summary

Ventia is seeking a skilled Scheduler to join the maintenance team at Yallourn Power Station. The casual position is expected to last ~16 months and requires a hands-on, site-based presence to coordinate outages and projects.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in maintenance scheduling, strong skills in MS Project, Maximo, Power BI, Excel, Word and Outlook, with Primavera and SAP as desirable additions. A safety-focused, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Maximo, Power BI, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Primavera and SAP are desirable.
• Experience in maintenance and outage work within heavy industry or similar environments is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to meet deadlines and support project delivery.
