Job summary

Talent Corp is recruiting an experienced Level 2 IT Support Analyst for its Wollongong site. This onsite role involves five days per week of hands-on support across a large industrial site, working with users directly to resolve technical issues and keep business operations running smoothly.

You will join a TechCare team providing onsite IT support across Port Kembla, escalating issues via ServiceNow, and building/deploying Windows 11 devices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Level 2 IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and device deployment.
• Hands-on onsite support across industrial site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Level 2 IT support to users across Port Kembla.
• Manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Support Windows 11 devices and Intune-managed devices.
• Build, rebuild and deploy laptops/desktops.
