Zenergy Group is seeking an HSE Advisor to lead health, safety and environmental performance at our manufacturing site in NSW. You’ll work on the shop floor with production and maintenance to manage high-risk work and cultivate a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HSE advisory role in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• 6+ years working within HSE as a whole.
• Sound knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and high-risk plant environments.
• Proven incident investigation skills.
• Current NSW driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the HSE management system, procedures and SWMS, aligned to NSW WHS legislation and ISO 45001 / 14001
• Lead risk assessments for plant, machinery, guarding, traffic management and change
• Manage permit-to-work, LOTO / isolation, hazardous chemicals and contractor safety
• Investigate incidents, drive corrective actions and manage SafeWork NSW / EPA notifications
• Coordinate injury management and return to work
• Conduct inspections and audits; deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training
• Support the WHS Committee and HSRs, and coach supervisors to own safety
• Report monthly on HSE performance and environmental compliance
