Zusammenfassung

EIRE Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time, site-based role in the Luddenham area. You will lead construction crews, manage plant operations and coordinate subcontractors on a major civil project delivering water and drainage works to strengthen flood resilience in Lismore.

Working with the Project Manager and engineers, you'll ensure safe, on-time delivery in line with programme, specifications and quality requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of experience in civil construction supervision or site management.
• Experience delivering water pipelines, pressure mains, bulk earthworks or similar projects is desirable.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction documentation.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily construction operations and provide clear direction to supervisors, crews, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate pipeline installation, earthworks, trenching, backfilling and related civil activities per project specs.
• Plan and monitor daily/weekly works, track progress against milestones and address delays.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors to maximise productivity.
• Promote a strong safety culture through pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs and approved inspection/test plans.
• Manage site access, staging, deliveries, permits and site facilities.
