Zusammenfassung

EIRE Constructions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on our water and civil infrastructure projects in the Luddenham area. You will lead site crews, manage subcontractors and ensure delivery to plan, budget and safety standards.

The role requires 5–7+ years of civil construction supervision, strong pipeline and earthworks experience, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years in civil construction supervision or site management.
• Experience delivering water pipelines, pressure mains or bulk earthworks.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Availability to work onsite in Luddenham area.
• Strong WHS knowledge and quality assurance.

Aufgaben

• Site Leadership: Oversee daily construction operations and provide direction to supervisors, crews, plant operators and subcontractors.
• Construction Delivery: Coordinate pipeline installation, earthworks, trenching, backfilling and related civil works per project specs.
• Programme & Productivity: Plan and coordinate daily/weekly works; monitor progress against milestones and address delays.
• Resource Management: Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors for productivity.
• Safety Leadership: Promote safety culture via pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and hazard management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, ITPs and standards.
• Site Coordination: Manage site access, staging, deliveries, permits and facilities.
• Problem Solving: Resolve construction challenges with Project Manager and engineering team.
• Cost Awareness: Monitor labour hours, plant use, material usage and subcontractor performance.
• Reporting: Maintain daily site records, progress reports and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with project personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
