Job summary

Reflex Technology Group in Surrey Hills, Victoria, is seeking an Applications, Data & AI Solutions Officer to join our Applications and Data Solutions team onsite. You will deliver high‑quality application, database and reporting support to education sector clients and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver application, database and reporting support.
Experience with education-sector platforms preferred.
Knowledge of AI tools and automation is desirable.
Willingness to learn and contribute to projects and improvements.
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level application, database and reporting support to RTG clients.
Investigate, prioritise and resolve support requests per SLA/XLA targets.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data solutions.
Support integrations across education platforms like Synergetic, Schoolbox, SIMON, SEQTA, Canvas.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
