Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Australia seeks an Assistant Online Account Manager on a parental leave cover to drive the brand’s online presence, trading performance, and digital marketing across E-Retail and E-Concession partners.

This role focuses on visibility, campaigns, and inventory coordination with internal teams, ensuring strong partner relationships and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, online trading, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience in website optimisation, digital marketing, and e-merchandising.
• Experience managing external partnerships and leading/developing a direct report is highly regarded.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, PIM, and digital asset management systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Sales forecasting & budget management: Partner with the Senior CRM & E-Business Manager to manage E-Retail & E-Concession sales forecasting, budget tracking, performance analysis, and reporting across Australia and New Zealand.
• E-Retail Partner Relationship Management: Act as Dior’s primary point of contact for E-Retail partners, building strong, trusted relationships to drive collaboration, accelerate sales, and maximise brand visibility.
• E-Retail & digital marketing strategy: Develop go-to-market plans aligned with the marketing calendar, manage online brand presence (organic e-merchandising and paid placements), lead digital marketing campaigns, and present strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Stock management & order fulfilment optimisation: Collaborate with internal Product Marketing, Supply, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to optimise inventory, assortment planning, and order fulfilment across E-Retail & E-Concession channels.
