The Salvation Army, through Employment Plus, is seeking an Ongoing Support Consultant to support Inclusive Employment Australia in the Hunter region. Based in Raymond Terrace, you’ll visit workplaces, support participants and employers, and help them secure lasting employment with a mission-driven charity.

You’ll build relationships, address barriers, monitor placements beyond 26 weeks, and strive to meet KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services or other suitable industries is desirable.
• Previous experience in employment services including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and post-placement support is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively problem solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers for people living with a disability.
• Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPI's, using an analytical mindset to interpret data to achieve outcomes.
• Must hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be required.

• Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with participants and employers via face-to-face, phone, and on-the-job support.
• Identify barriers impacting ongoing employment and address them promptly to ensure placement is retained.
• Monitor work placements beyond 26 weeks and track monthly targets.
• Work with current and potential employers on labour needs to market participants for additional placements.
• Assist with verifying and obtaining evidence of employment, including payslips.
• Achieve or exceed all KPIs with an outcome-focused, high-performance approach.
